Day 1: Hanoi - Arrival (D)
Warmly welcomed by guide at Noi Bai International Airport , transfer to City, check in Hotel for leisure.
P.M: Cyclo-tour wandering around the streets to enjoy Hanoian livings with its thousands of years of history, French colonial architecture quarter and Ha Noi Old Quarter which consists of 36 ancient & narrow streets bearing names of various traditional trade once conducted there such as Silk street, Paper street, Shoes street, Bronze Street…
Dinner at restaurant and over night in Hotel.
Day 2: Hanoi : Cooking lesson and City tour (B/L)
Morning start with a walk to the local market, where you get a chance to learn all about Vietnamese ingredients. A cooking demonstration will follow, which takes place directly in the kitchen and where everyone has the chance to get involved. After the class lunch will be served to sample all the different dishes prepared during the demonstration. Afternoon visit to Temple of Literature , Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple . Enjoy the incredible Water Puppet performance. Over night in hotel.
Day 3: Hanoi - Bac Ninh - Ha long (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Bac Ninh. Visit Do Temple - the tombs of 13 Ly's King, continue the trip to enjoy daily life of Vietnamese country side.
10.00, Enjoy heartfelt Quan Ho singing show performed by folk singers and musicians in the village.
P.M: Leave by car to the world famous Halong Bay . Check in hotel for leisure. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 4: Halong - Ha Noi (B/L)
08.00, Enjoy the 4-hour relaxing boat trip to discover Halong Bay , listed as a World Heritage Site of outstanding natural beauty. Ha Long as it is known as “Dragon descending to the sea“ in English, picturesque Halong Bay has more than 1,969 limestone islets rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes. Discover Thien Cung (The Heaven Palace cave) and Dau Go Grottoes and a panoramic view. Lunch on board with seafood .
P.M: driving back to Hanoi . Overnight in Hotel.
Day 5: Hanoi – Hue ( B/D )
Transfer to airport for flight to Hue . Arrive Hue , pick you up and transfer to hotel for check in.
Afternoon: Visit the Imperial Citadel and the tomb of King Tu Duc and Dong Ba market. Enjoy Hue lanter dinner (imperial dinner with royal costumes). Overnight in Hue .
Day 6: Hue - Danang - Hoi An (B)
Morning: boat trip on Perfume River , visit Thien Mu Pagoda and then drive to Danang across the Hai Van Pass, passing through many pretty red-tiled villages with fruit orchards, enjoying spectacular views of sky and sea. Visit Cham Museum , Marble Mountain , My Khe Beach then proceed to Hoi An and transfer to hotel. Discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoi An Cooking lession - Danang - Ho Chi Minh (B/L/D)
Visit Hoi An's colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to b e used in the cooking lesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School . This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we have a chance to explore the cooking school's herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An's and Vietnam 's well-known dishes. The cooking class is an interesting and fun way to learn about the local cuisine - the class runs for about an hour and 15 minutes, and includes demonstrations from the school's chefs as well as the chance for us to help prepare some dishes. Included in the demonstration is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).
PM, transfer to Danang, take the flight to Hochiminh city.
Arrive in Hochiminh, pick up and transfer to Hotel. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel – Ho Chi Minh City (B/ L)
City tour to visit China town, Thien Hau Pagoda, History Museum and former Presidential Palace. Visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels - 40 km from Ho Chi Minh City , an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 9: Hochiminh Cooking lesson at the center (B/L )
In the last cooking lesson, you will learn some of the best southern dishes: Caramel Pork, steamed rice in coconut juice and Sour Fish Soup or 'Canh Chua'. Lunch will be there. Afternnon free at leisure or go shopping. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City .
Day 10 Hochiminh Departure (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure for shopping until transfer to airport for departure.
